Jean-Pierre Teyssier (Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in RF electronics from the University of Limoges, Limoges, France, in 1994.,He was an Assistant Professor and a Professor with the XLIM Laboratory, Limoges, until 2014. In 2007, he co-founded with Jan Verspecht the VTD Company, Belgium, which was acquired by Agilent in 2011. Since 2014, he has been a Senior Lab Researcher with Keysight Technologies, Santa Rosa, CA, USA, where he was involved in spectrum analysis within vector network analyzer (VNA) setups for active device stimulus–response characterization under wideband modulated signals. His current research interests include nonlinear characterization of RF transistors under pulsed conditions for memory effect investigations.
