ARFTG-107 Award Winners

The 107th ARFTG Microwave Measurement Conference was held on June 12, 2026, at the Westin Boston Seaport District Hotel, Boston, MA, USA. The conference was co-located with the IEEE International MTT Symposia (IMS) 2026, bringing together a broad community of experts in RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and sub-THz measurement technologies.

ARFTG-107 recognized outstanding contributions across oral presentations, the interactive forum, and the industry exhibition. The award recipients were determined by attendee voting, tallied following the conference. The awards will be formally presented at the 108th ARFTG Conference Luncheon in Tampa, FL, USA, in January 2027.

The Best Oral Presentation Award is presented to three contributions:

  • “Design and RF Performance Validation of a New Miniature Rectangular Waveguide Flange for Millimeter-wave Frequencies and Above” by James Skinner (NPL), Dave Richardson (Flann Microwave), Paul Hague (Flann Microwave), and Nick Ridler (NPL)
  • “Wideband NPR Characterization of a Ka-Band Power Amplifier Using a Single ‘Multi-Notch’ Stimulus” by Ricardo Escobar (Thales Alenia Space), Tibault Reveyrand (XLIM), Sébastien Mons (XLIM), Denis Barataud (XLIM), and Jean-François Villemazet (Thales Alenia Space)
