Registration Now Open for IMS-2026 and ARFTG-107

Registration for IMS-2026 and the 107th ARFTG Microwave Measurement Conference is now open. With the technical program finalized, this is the time to secure your participation and take advantage of early registration benefits.
Early bird registration is available through May 8, offering reduced rates across all pass options, including access to IMS and ARFTG technical sessions, workshops, and exhibitions.
IMS-2026 remains the premier global gathering for the RF and microwave community, bringing together researchers and engineers to address the challenges shaping the future of high-frequency technologies. The week concludes with ARFTG-107, dedicated to advances in microwave measurement science and metrology.
The ARFTG-107 technical program spans four focused sessions:
  • Metrology and Traceability of Electrical Quantities
  • Intelligent Automation for Microwave Measurements
  • Over-the-Air and Non-Linear Measurements
  • On-Wafer Measurements and Calibration
Together, these sessions highlight key developments in uncertainty analysis, inter-laboratory validation up to 220 GHz, machine learning-assisted calibration, autonomous measurement systems, and advanced OTA and on-wafer techniques.
A highlight of this year’s event is the expanded collaboration between IMS and ARFTG through four joint workshops:
  • On-Wafer Sub-THz Measurements: From Fundamentals to Next-Generation Tools and Applications (WSI, Wednesday, full day, RFTT)
  • Unlocking the Power of Phase Information in RF Measurements (WMK Wednesday morning, RFSA/RFTT)
  • Bridging from Conductive to Over-the-Air Characterization and Test for Integrated Active Antenna Systems Using Reverberation Techniques (WML Wednesday afternoon, RFSA)
  • Microwave Measurements Supporting Quantum Technologies (WThA, Thursday full day, RFSA)
These workshops provide additional depth on emerging topics at the intersection of measurement science, system design, and future technologies.
IMS-2026 will take place June 7–12 in Boston, Massachusetts, concluding with ARFTG-107 on June 12. Together, they form a comprehensive platform covering the full spectrum of RF and microwave engineering.
Early registration is now open. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance to secure reduced rates and full access to the week’s technical program.
